At ECUMaster, we strive for complete customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward returns process for all unused and resalable products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our designated returns center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
